General Policy

Full payment is taken immediately on receipt of booking as stated on the website. Payment terms for company bookings are:payment must be made at least two weeks in advance from date of first night's stay.



Changes and cancellations to bookings 14 full days before the arrival date/time will only be charged administration and card transaction costs. The total value of the booking will be refunded, less a £2.50 cancellation and administration charge, if cancellations are made 14 full days prior to the first booked date.

For Bank Holidays and Festival days, two months notice is required to change or cancel bookings, thereafter the total booking will be charged.



Check out time on Bank Holidays / Sundays is 11.00am



Latest time of arrival is 9.30pm unless arranged by telephone with the Proprietor.

Last cooked breakfast orders are 9.00pm, the night of arrival. Cold buffet Breakfast is available at any time.
